Module 1

Fundamentals of Social Selling (58min)

With the rise in social media and digital marketing, the way people buy is constantly evolving. If you want to be at the forefront of selling online, you need to have a clear understanding of how customers go from browsing to buying.

In this module, we’ll dive into the customer buying journey and share with you how you can utilise social media to get your message across. Plus we’ll look at how you can integrate digital sales tools into your social selling process to achieve best results.

We’ll explore the fundamentals of understanding data and insights including Google Analytics, how machine learning and forecasting is used and how you can use big data to achieve great outcomes.

Module 2

Finding and Targeting Prospects (1hr 25min)

Knowing who to market your product to can take some trial and error. But we’re here to help you fasttrack your results by creating target personas as a starting point. Then taking that further to use social intelligence and listening tools to constantly refine and deepen your target market.

In this module, you’ll get clear on how you can use digital research to tweak your selling approach so you can reach your target market when and where they are online.

We’ll take you through how you can prepare and manage data, how to keep an agile approach to selling so you can be adaptable and achieve great results.

Module 3

Attracting Customers (51min)

Getting your business or product noticed on social feeds is the goal of most digital marketers. But how can you best show up and get attention? This module is designed to give you the skills to create original social consent so that you can curate your social profiles to not just get notices, but be remembered too.

You’ll get all the info you need to build a network of buyers organically. As we help you to identify your target audience’s needs, so that you can then create and curate content they crave. We’ll also cover how you can identify the marketing channels to distribute your content on, and help you to build and engage your social community.

Module 4

Increasing Engagement (58min)

You want to take your visitors from users to buyers with ease. In this module, we go deep on exploring the wants and needs of buyers, and how you can increase engagement to build lasting loyalty to your brand or product.

We’ll cover topics such as how to grow your email subscriber list, manage your email data, and understand your email marketing metrics.

Module 5

Closing and Retaining (58min)

It’s been proven time and time again that keeping happy returning customers are much easier to convert than trying to find new customers all the time to replace them with.

When it comes to digital selling, some of the greatest drivers of revenue and profit growth can be on how well you use your digital platforms to upsell and cross-sell to your existing clients and community.

In this module, we cover how you can report and present data, how you can improve your presentation and problem solving skills and explore the best analytics tools for digital marketing.

Course Duration

This course is designed to be completed within 6 hours.

There is no minimum timeframe to complete this course. Students who are highly motivated and well organised can complete the full course at an accelerated pace.

I’ve worked in various digital marketing and business development roles for regional airlines, hotels and cruise liners. I managed a hot air balloon business, Global Ballooning Australia which took me around the world as I helped launch the experience to the international market.  I penned what I learned in a self-published book, Adventures of a Balloon Girl.

In 2014 I followed my calling to teach and became a certified trainer and assessor launching my own training and mentoring practice. Since launching I have developed over 30 online and group training programs specialising in digital, social media marketing, and tourism. Creating and delivering these programs to empower business owners and marketing professionals to be their own media and step up their marketing greatness fills me up.

What gets me out of bed in the morning?

Igniting excellence in people! I love spending time with my family and using all the digital tools available to help business and careers grow. What really gets me out of bed most mornings though is my 4.30am alarm. I love to start the day with a morning run or strength training to keep me fit and energised.
