There’s just one exam, and you can do it online from home. The exam contains 40 multiple-choice questions, and you’ll need to get a passing grade here to get your associate-level certification.

Module 1

Personas and SEO Strategy (1hr 18min)

Strategic market research and asking the right questions lets you find your target audience quickly. Once you turn this research into on page content, your audience will soon find you.

Module one helps you build your customer avatars (buyer personas), understand your target demographics and define the purpose of each carefully considered piece of content to send out into the world.

When you nail your content strategy at the start, your ideal audience will soon follow.

Module 2

Keywords, SEO and Voice Search (1hr 49min)

If you don’t understand the value of SEO and keywords, the words on your website are just being thrown into the white noise of the internet. In this module, you’ll learn how to teach the search engines of the internet who you are, what you have to offer and how to find your ideal customer.

Module 3

Creativity and Storytelling (3hr 34min)

Humans are natural storytellers. We used to sit around fires and listen to stories, these days, we jump online. When you share your story, you’re inviting your ideal customer into your world. Naturally, you want to put your best foot forward every time.

I’ve worked in various digital marketing and business development roles for regional airlines, hotels and cruise liners. I managed a hot air balloon business, Global Ballooning Australia which took me around the world as I helped launch the experience to the international market.  I penned what I learned in a self-published book, Adventures of a Balloon Girl.

In 2014 I followed my calling to teach and became a certified trainer and assessor launching my own training and mentoring practice. Since launching I have developed over 30 online and group training programs specialising in digital, social media marketing, and tourism.

What gets me out of bed in the morning?

Igniting excellence in people! I love spending time with my family and using all the digital tools available to help business and careers grow. What really gets me out of bed most mornings though is my 4.30am alarm. I love to start the day with a morning run or strength training to keep me fit and energised.
