Objectives and outcomes

The Business Skills Mentoring Program supports up to 1,000 eligible small business owners with free, one-on-one mentoring from qualified professionals. Eligible participants can access up to three confidential sessions over three months, helping them build practical skills, strengthen resilience, and navigate challenges to growth. Funded by the Victorian Government as part of its Economic Growth Statement, the program is designed to boost confidence, encourage innovation and investment, and support businesses across key industries to develop sustainable, future-focused operations.
