Entry Requirements
You’ll need to meet one of these requirements:
1. Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions).
or
2. Have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.
We may be able to take into account relevant knowledge and skills you’ve gained through previous formal or informal training, education and employment. Pathways
The next level of qualification up from an advanced diploma is a bachelor degree. If you want to step up your learning, you may want to apply for a degree course once you’ve finished. Possibilities include a Bachelor of Business or a Bachelor of Management. Your choice will depend on the type of management work you’re doing, and the sector you’re focused on.
Before you enrol with Monarch Institute, it’s a good idea to check in with the university you’re thinking of applying to. Ask them whether our Advanced Diploma satisfies their prerequisites, and see whether you’re eligible for course credit for any of the units listed above.
