"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom” - Viktor E. Frankl

I have over a decade of experience in coaching and business development across fitness, education and, more recently, technology sectors. Two of my life’s passions are coaching and business. There is something deeply satisfying about facilitating other’s personal and professional development, and I find the intricacies of business immensely fascinating—both offering lifelong learning opportunities.

Recently I have been delivering executive coaching and training for leadership development, and have been responsible for the entire employee lifecycle across talent acquisition, training, employee agreements, and most generalist HR responsibilities. As of 2022, I’m in my second year of an Executive MBA (Masters of Business Administration).
