There’s just one exam, and you can do it online from home. The exam contains 40 multiple-choice questions, and you’ll need to get a passing grade here to get your associate-level certification.

Module 1

Project Management and Planning an Advertising Campaign (1hr 6min)

Before you implement your display campaign, you need a solid plan to set you up for success. In this module, we’ll take you through how you can scope out a digital advertising campaign using great project management skills.

We take you through the fundamentals of digital display marketing and provide you with toolkits for campaign briefs, a digital media plan, calendar template and a content and channel matrix template.

Module 2

Creativity and Preparing an Advertising Campaign (2hr 1min)

Knowing the different platforms you will be advertising on is essential to ensuring you hit all of your campaign targets. In this module, we’ll get you developing your creative skills so you can feel confident preparing great looking advertising content that gets people clicking and buying.

We will cover the essentials of how to set up a display advertising campaign, how to tap into your creativing and understand the basics of graphic design principles and how you can get started on cost-effective video content for your brand.

Module 3

Creating a Display Advertising Campaign (2hr 0min)

With a plan and your creative content now developed, we get to the fun part. Actually putting your campaign out into the world. In this module, we’ll explore strategy, creation and targeting basics for you to create a campaign that works.

We’ll cover the essentials of creating a display advertising campaign and how to have effective targeting and bidding. Then will touch on programmatic advertising and using google ads for video.

Module 4

Data, Collaboration, and Optimising Campaigns (2hr 19min)

In this final module you’ll round out your display ad knowledge with a focus on how you can make the most of your campaign data. You’ll discover how to work collaboratively on campaigns and get clear on what story your reporting is telling.

We explore the topics of measuring and optimising display advertising campaigns and give you tips on working with others and how you can re-engage your audience. A case study of best practice in a digital agency is also included.

This course is designed to be completed within 7 hours.

I’ve worked in various digital marketing and business development roles for regional airlines, hotels and cruise liners. I managed a hot air balloon business, Global Ballooning Australia which took me around the world as I helped launch the experience to the international market.  I penned what I learned in a self-published book, Adventures of a Balloon Girl.

In 2014 I followed my calling to teach and became a certified trainer and assessor launching my own training and mentoring practice. Since launching I have developed over 30 online and group training programs specialising in digital, social media marketing, and tourism.

What gets me out of bed in the morning?

Igniting excellence in people! I love spending time with my family and using all the digital tools available to help business and careers grow. What really gets me out of bed most mornings though is my 4.30am alarm. I love to start the day with a morning run or strength training to keep me fit and energised.
