About Tyler Coates

I have a diverse background in technology management, marketing, and operations, with extensive experience in leadership development and business development. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, training, employee agreements, and most generalist HR responsibilities. I’m currently a third-year Executive MBA candidate at RMIT University with a focus on managing technology and innovation strategy.

In my spare time, I can be found on the tennis court or soaking in an ice bath.
